Ryan S. Smith, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced professional in human resources and diversity recruitment, currently serving as a Board Member for BRIC Foundation since May 2024. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, and Political Science from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.
