Ryan Principi is a dedicated quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the brewing and laboratory sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Technician at Carlsberg Group and Waterloo Brewing, Ryan has a solid track record in maintaining product quality through rigorous testing and sanitation practices. Previous roles include Laboratory Technician at Kerry and Quality Assurance Lead at Refined Fool Brewing Company, where Ryan was responsible for product testing and yeast health optimization. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Toronto Mississauga and further education at Mohawk College, Ryan's background also includes experience as a Fermentation Optimization Specialist and a Residence Don, showcasing strong leadership and programming skills.
