Erik Pond possesses extensive experience in the real estate and staffing industries, currently serving as an Executive Partner at Brick Staffing, LLC since January 2015 and as a Real Estate Consultant at InCity Realty since April 2014. With over 12 years as a Real Estate Investor, Erik leverages expertise in realty and appraisal to guide clients in investment decisions. Previous roles include Executive Partner at Black Card Technical Recruiting and Principal Partner at both Cambridge Title Inc. and Real Estate Evaluations, where company growth was significantly noted. Additionally, Erik was a Board Member at Arrow Sales & Marketing, Inc. and worked as a Senior Loan Officer at OFG Financial Group early in the career, achieving a comprehensive understanding of mortgage origination.
