Patricia Pérez has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Patricia currently holds the position of General Manager at RALCO Capital and also works as a Business Development Executive at BRICKBRO. In 2022, they were the CEO & Co-Founder of The Young Capital, a real estate project management firm. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultora Departamento Inversión at BUSQUETS GALVEZ, where they provided advisory services and conducted detailed financial analysis for clients. Patricia also has experience at BRICKBRO as an Executive Operations, Sales Development Representative, and Business Development Trainee. In 2017, they worked as a Consultora de venta de viviendas de obra nueva at GG Barcelona, specializing in selling new construction homes.
