Lucero Chargoy Juarez has been working in the financial industry since 2007. Lucero began their career as a Contador Impuestos at Matas Lorenzo S.C. in 2007. In 2017, they joined Blockcoin TAX S.A. de C.V. as a Contador general. In 2018, they became an Asesor OPA at Georgeson. In 2020, they joined Niños en Alegria A.C. as a Líder de Administración Financiera. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of People & Digital Talent and Crypto Financial Controller at Brickken.

Lucero Chargoy Juarez has a comprehensive education history beginning in 2008 when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. In 2016, they earned a Diploma in Public Finances from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2017, they earned a Master in Communication and Marketing in electoral campaigns from the Universidad de Alcalá. In 2019, they earned a Specialty in Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (Anti-Money Laundering) from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. In 2020, they earned a Postgraduate Degree in Blockchain and Fintech from the Blockchain School for Management, as well as a Diploma in Administration and Financing of Associations from the same university. In 2021, they earned an Experto Legal en Transformación Digital, Industria 4.0 y Blockchain from the Blockchain School for Management. Lucero is currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Big Data & Business Intelligence from the Blockchain School for Management, a Master Digital Talent Management from the Nuclio Digital School, and a Financial Markets course from Aston Dealers. Lucero is also enrolled in a Business School course from Platzi.
