Alberto Zeledon

Alberto Zeledon has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Alberto started their career as a Systems Engineer Consultant at Visalign LLC and later worked as a Systems Engineer Consultant at Apex Systems. Alberto also worked as a Systems Engineer at Clement Pappas & Co., Inc. and as a Systems Engineer Advisor at Dell Boomi. Alberto has experience in providing technical support to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In addition to their consulting roles, Alberto has also held various positions at different companies. Alberto worked as an Insurance Agent/Producer at Bankers Life and as a Computer Support Consultant, providing computer infrastructure services to residential and small business clients on a freelance basis.

Alberto has also worked in the role of a Windows Server Support Engineer Consultant at Computer Aid, Inc. and as a WinTel Server Support Administrator Consultant at TEKsystems. Alberto has experience in supporting and maintaining Windows-based systems and servers.

Most recently, Alberto has worked as an IT End User Support Specialist III at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions - Microelectronics Solutions, providing technical expertise and support to employees across multiple locations. Currently, they are working as a Windows Patch Deployment Engineer at BrickRed Systems, where their responsibilities include patch management and configuration of the Windows environment.

Alberto Zeledon received their Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business in Information Technology from Immaculata University between the years 2000 and 2008. In addition, they obtained a Redhat Certified Systems Administrator certification from Redhat in October 2015.
