Lucinda Sgro

Lucinda Sgro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lucinda began their career as a Lawyer at Lampe Family Lawyers in 2011 and then moved on to work as a Lawyer at Terrill & Holmes Lawyers from 2012 to 2015. Lucinda then joined TressCox Lawyers as an Associate from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Lucinda transitioned to the technology sector and worked as a Customer Success Manager at LiveHire, where they were responsible for managing talent communities and facilitating talent mobility.

Following their role at LiveHire, Lucinda worked at Fresho, an Australian cloud-based software company, where they served as the Business Operations Manager from 2018 to 2020. Lucinda was later promoted to the position of General Manager - Fresho UK from January 2020 to November 2020.

In 2020, Lucinda joined BrickX as the Head of Product and CX. Lucinda also took on the same role at Thundering Herd, a Venture Capital & Private Equity Investment firm, where they were involved in principal investment, funds management, corporate advisory, and investment syndication.

Lucinda's varied work experience reflects their adaptability and expertise in both legal and technology sectors.

Lucinda Sgro attended St Catherine's School from 1991 to 2003, completing their primary and secondary education. Lucinda then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Monash University from 2005 to 2010.
