Brock Lanoza

Brock Lanoza is a seasoned engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Brico since February 2025, Brock previously founded Market Weather in November 2023, creating a successful tool for retail traders and automating data processes with Google Cloud Platform. Prior to that, Brock held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Able, where leadership of a team led to the successful launch of core products and the closing of multiple enterprise contracts. At Digit, Brock progressed from Growth Software Engineer to Engineering Manager, optimizing significant advertising expenditure and achieving high app rankings. Early career experience includes a brief tenure at Redshift Digital, and educational credentials consist of a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Software Development certification from DevLeague.
