Victoria Torregrosa, MBA, currently serves as the Community Conference Services & Social Media Manager at Oregon State University, where responsibilities include providing onsite conference support and enhancing community engagement. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Planner and Wedding Planning Assistant at Bridal Bliss, where event execution and coordination were key focus areas. Victoria held the position of Event Planning Manager at Hyatt Regency, managing client relationships and event opportunities, and previously worked as Client Relations Manager and Client Concierge at Tighe, P.A., where improvements in service quality were implemented. Earlier roles included event sales assistance, social media marketing, and guest relations, demonstrating a strong background in event management, customer service, and marketing. Victoria holds an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism from Florida Atlantic University and a BA in Communication and Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University.
