Nicole Barry Dorn is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as Chief of Finance and Strategy at Bridge Boston Charter School since September 2021, Nicole also operates as Principal at Dorn Consulting, LLC since July 2019. Previously, Nicole held several key positions at UP Education Network, including Senior Advisor and Deputy CEO, and has a consulting background from The Boston Consulting Group. Nicole's earlier roles included Deputy Director at the Advisory Committee on Student Financial Assistance and a Corps Member with Teach For America. Bridge Boston Charter School
Bridge Boston is a public charter school that opened in the fall of 2011 serving children in Roxbury and the surrounding community – many of whom have experienced emotional, social, and developmental barriers to learning. In the 2019-2020 school year we will reach maturity with 335 students in pre-Kindergarten through grade 8. We believe the most effective way to lift children out of poverty is by equipping them with an excellent education. With a longer school day and school year, we are able to provide academic rigor, a commitment to nurture the whole child, and a breadth of full-service programming to remove obstacles to knowledge acquisition.
