Nicole Barry Dorn

Nicole Barry Dorn is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as Chief of Finance and Strategy at Bridge Boston Charter School since September 2021, Nicole also operates as Principal at Dorn Consulting, LLC since July 2019. Previously, Nicole held several key positions at UP Education Network, including Senior Advisor and Deputy CEO, and has a consulting background from The Boston Consulting Group. Nicole's earlier roles included Deputy Director at the Advisory Committee on Student Financial Assistance and a Corps Member with Teach For America. Nicole's academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s degree in Teaching from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies from Harvard University.
