Carolina Abrantes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Bridge & Co. since January 2010, Carolina has demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes serving as a Researcher at Grupo de Produção Integrada, focusing on IT Service Management and best practices, and working as a Consultant at Fluxo Consultoria. Carolina holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, complemented by a program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2018.
