Wynlyn Chia

Wynlyn Chia is a seasoned property management professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Property Operations at Bridge Data Centres since August 2023. Previous roles include Building Manager at Knight Frank Property Management and Knight Frank Malaysia, as well as Manager at Eco World Development Group Berhad. With extensive experience in township management, Wynlyn has successfully completed and handed over 2500 residential units while focusing on property maintenance, defect management, and contractor oversight. Wynlyn began a career in finance with an accounting background, holding positions in reporting and consolidation of accounts, budgeting, corporate finance, and taxation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Malaya, ACCA certification, and a foundation degree in Accounting and Business/Management.
