Joseph Kropholler

Joseph Kropholler has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Joseph began their career as a Ranch-Hand and Operations Manager at Noonan Farms, where they were responsible for labor intensive outdoor upkeep and management. Joseph also served as a heavy equipment operator and part-time technician. In 2014, Joseph became a Human Resources professional at Six Rivers Property Management. Two years later, they joined NetSpark IP & Telecom as a Growth Manager, where they were responsible for managing and growing accounts with multi-million dollar per year spend. In 2016, Joseph also took on an Account Management role at Naked Lime, where they handled client facing business process discovery and performed corporate operations analysis. Joseph earned first place in a Fortune 500 company-wide corporate annual selling competition. In 2020, they became a Project Manager at Osiris Ultima Online. Currently, Joseph is a Senior Client Success Manager at BridgeFT and a Senior Business Advisor at Benefits Consultant.

Joseph Kropholler attended Baylor University from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Suffolk County Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Marketing and Business Administration and Management, General. Joseph also holds a CPR Certification from the American Red Cross.
