Joseph Chaya

Joseph Chaya PMP, CSM has worked in the technology sector for over 25 years. Joseph began their career in 1995 as a Consulting Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions. In 2001, they moved to IMS Health as a Senior Manager of Project Management for Global Product Development and Operations, where they received the Americas’ Excellence Award for their leadership in ensuring the company’s compliance with state prescriber data restriction laws. In 2012, they joined IQVIA as a Director of Information Technology and Program Management for Technology and Commercial Solutions, where they established a successful Project Management Office and led the program to build infrastructure to support the commercialization of the IQVIA Human Data Science Cloud. Most recently, in 2022, Joseph began working at Abacus Insights as a Senior Director of Delivery Executive, managing a rapidly growing amount of data for millions of members.

Joseph Chaya PMP, CSM holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University, an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, and a Master's Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business. Joseph also holds additional certifications from LinkedIn, such as Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences and Skills for Inclusive Conversations, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute obtained in July 2005.
