Nancy Newman

Nancy Newman serves as the President of the Bridge Foundation, which focuses on community recovery support and positive transitional living for individuals dealing with mental health issues and substance use disorders since January 2010. Additionally, Nancy has maintained a private law practice since 1988, specializing in civil rights, discrimination, and fair housing, while also acting as In-House Counsel for nonprofit corporations. Experience includes serving as a Staff Attorney with Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky and a Recovery and Wellness Coach with O'Connor Professional Group. As a volunteer, Nancy held the role of State Ambassador for Pennsylvania at Shatterproof and has worked as a Senior Consultant for C4 Innovations, advocating for equitable access to recovery and housing stability. Nancy's educational background includes a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, Wellness Coach Training from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, and a BA from Muhlenberg College, complemented by studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
