Jana Johnson

Jana Johnson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jana started as a Billing Manager at Otolaryngology Associates of TN in 1999 and later worked as an Implementation Specialist at AmSurg from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, they joined HCA as an Implementation and Training Specialist where they conducted workflow discovery and on-site training for medical practices transitioning to eClinical works. Jana then worked as a Solutions Specialist at W Squared from 2010 to 2011, followed by an Implementation Specialist role at Global Management Associates from 2011 to 2012. At Premier Medical Group, they served as an IS Support role where they provided general IT support and assisted in RCM improvement. Prior to their current role as a Sr. Director of Client Success at BRIDGE Healthcare Partners since 2014, they worked as a Product Support Specialist at W Squared from 2013 to 2014. Jana has extensive experience in client success, product support, implementation, and training in the healthcare industry.
