Tanya Dickerson

Tanya Dickerson has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tanya is currently working as the Human Resources Director at BRIDGE Healthcare Partners since 2023. Before that, from 2019 to 2023, they held the same position at GigaMonster Networks, where they transformed HR into a true strategic business partner and championed the HR vision. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2019, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Convergent Outsourcing, Inc. In this role, Tanya coordinated change management efforts and engaged closely with senior management to implement a comprehensive workforce strategy.
