Julieanna Taylor began their work experience in 2008 as a Computer Lab Assistant at California State University, San Bernardino, where they prepared documentation and instructed students in computer lab technology. In 2011, they became an Instructional Aide at California State University, assisting students with learning disabilities and managing educational data entry programs. Julieanna also worked as a Caregiver for the State of California, providing nutrition plans and companionship to elderly clients from 2011 to 2015. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Secretary/Recruiter/Human Resources at Positive Attitude Outlook Inc., organizing paperwork and managing office files. In 2013, they were a Student Intern at Redlands Community Hospital, where they developed a strategic plan for a new primary clinic and analyzed community demographics. From 2014 to 2019, Julieanna worked as an Assistant Director at Brightwater Senior Living of Highland, supervising the front desk and activities department, creating job postings, and managing monthly budgets. Currently, they are a Business Office Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Bridge Home Health & Hospice.
Julieanna Taylor has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, which they obtained from California State University-San Bernardino from 2007 to 2013. In 2016, they attended Care and Compliance and received an RCFE Administrator Certificate.
