Paul Petrocci

Paul Petrocci serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Kara Health since April 2022 and has been the Administrator at Petrocci Hospice Consultant since May 2016, focusing on hospice organization and strategic planning. With extensive experience in operational leadership, Paul has held multiple senior positions including Senior Vice President Operations and Vice President for the West Division at Compassus from August 2007 onward, as well as Vice President Operations at Bridge Home Health & Hospice since May 2020. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Hospice Compassus until October 2021 and Regional Director of Operations at Heartland from 2002 to 2007. Paul’s expertise encompasses organizational development, strategic planning, alignment, standardization, and optimization within the healthcare sector.
