Brian Tretinik

Brian Tretinik is the Managing Director, Asset Management, Bridge Office & Commercial Real Estate at Bridge Investment Group. Prior to joining Bridge Investment Group, Mr. Tretinik served as Vice President, Acquisitions at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC from 2008 to 2017. During their tenure at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Tretinik sourced and underwrote investment opportunities across a hybrid strategy of value-add and opportunistic debt and equity transactions throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Brian also generated an annual investment pipeline in excess of $400 million comprising joint venture equity, preferred equity, and mezzanine debt across multifamily, office, and hospitality opportunities. The investments they realized generated a 23% XIRR and 1.7x multiple on invested capital (“MOIC”) with 55% of capital originated in the form of debt or unlevered joint venture equity investments.

From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Tretinik served as Vice President & Sr. Investment Analyst at TriSail Capital Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities and providing recommendations to the firm’s Principals and Investment Committee.

Prior to their work in the private sector, Mr. Tretinik served as Home Builder Client Manager at Bank of America from 2001 to 2004. In this role, they managed a $250 million portfolio of home builder clients and was responsible for all aspects of the credit relationship, including loan origination, monitoring, and workout/restructuring.

Brian Tretinik has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, where they majored in Finance and minored in Theirtory & International Business. Brian also has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Roswell High School, where they majored in Finance and minored in Theirtory & International Business. Brian has a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where they specialized in Business and Financial Law.
