David L. Grady

David L. Grady serves as Chief Asset Officer of Bridge Seniors Housing Fund Manager LLC and has 30 years of leadership experience in seniors housing. The theme of his career has been to successfully attract and retain talented professionals to coalesce and work as cohesive team while casting a vision of corporate success. Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Grady served as President and COO of Somerby Senior Living, comprised of over 2,600 units of villas, independent living, assisted living and memory care across six states.

From 2006 to 2017, Mr. Grady served in multiple operational roles including Regional Director of Operations and Divisional Vice President for Elmcroft Senior Living, covering over 40 communities across twelve states. During his tenure, Mr. Grady enhanced net operating income/margin, exponentially grew census (from 57% to over 97% occupancy) across the portfolio while improving associate/resident satisfaction as well as enhancing the product line. Mr. Grady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, MHA in Healthcare and Senior Housing, as well as a PhD in Counseling.
