Jared Forsgren

Jared Forsgren serves as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, where he is responsible for the compliance of the SEC registered investment adviser functions of Bridge. Jared is a corporate and securities attorney with significant experience in SEC compliance and reporting, private equity, public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, and other transactional matters.

Prior to assuming his current role as Chief Compliance Officer in March 2021, Jared served as Corporate Counsel at Bridge, beginning in March 2019. Before joining Bridge, Jared was an associate in the corporate and securities group at Perkins Coie LLP from May 2016 to March 2019, where he advised on public and private debt and equity offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. From May 2013 to May 2016, Jared was Corporate Counsel at Lattice Semiconductor Corporation, where he advised on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. He is a member of the Oregon and Utah Bar Associations. Jared received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Juris Doctor from the University of Utah.
