Kit Cook

Kit Cook is a finance and real estate professional with a solid background in acquisitions and asset management. Currently serving as an Associate at Bridge Investment Group since April 2022, Kit has progressed through various roles, including Senior Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst and Acquisitions and Asset Management Analyst. Prior to this, Kit worked as a Loan Analyst at Q10 BREC from April 2021 to April 2022 and as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at SVN | Alta Commercial from January 2020 to April 2021. Kit holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah, obtained in 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the same institution, completed in 2021.
