Kristina Diduch

Kristina Diduch, MA, SPHR, currently serves as Associate Director of Performance Enablement at Bristol Myers Squibb since July 2025. Prior to this role, Kristina held positions at Foot Locker, starting as Manager of Global Human Resources and advancing to Senior Manager, where strategic performance management initiatives were led from October 2020 to July 2025. Kristina's earlier experience includes roles at Bed Bath & Beyond, The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, Montclair State University, and various project-based positions in financial control and analysis. Kristina holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
