Rachel Evans has over 15 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rachel'smost recent role was as the Director of Human Resources at Bridge Partners, where they led and developed a team, implemented strategic initiatives, and managed various HR activities such as leave administration, benefits, employee relations, and training programs. Prior to this, Rachel held roles as the Manager of Human Resources and Human Resource Specialist at the same company.

Before joining Bridge Partners, Rachel worked as an HR Generalist at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies. Rachel also gained experience as an Operations Assistant (Human Resources) at NorMed, an Office Administrator at Greer Steel Inc, a Human Resource Assistant at The Green Room, and an Administrative Assistant HR at Milgard Windows & Doors.

Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in managing employee benefit programs, developing HR processes and systems, and effectively communicating company policies and processes. Rachel has also been involved in launching employee feedback tools and programs to support employee work lives.

Rachel Evans, PHR pursued their education at Central Washington University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences. Prior to that, they attended Pierce College from 2006 to 2008 and obtained an Associate's degree in AADTA. Alongside their academic achievements, they have also obtained various certifications, including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2015. Additionally, they hold certifications in Workforce Analytics and Teaching Civility in the Workplace from LinkedIn, obtained respectively in 2018 and 2021. In 2023, they completed a certification titled "Human Resources: Creating an Employee Handbook" from LinkedIn. Lastly, they earned a Yoga Instructor 200-hour certification from Yoga Alliance in 2017.
