Jane Sassienie started their work experience in 1998 at Bridge Partnership as a Global Director. In this role, they were responsible for developing and finding talent, as well as writing material and designing approaches for the company. Jane gained valuable knowledge about being a transformational consultant. In 2006, they became the MD at Bridge Partnership, a position they held until 2009. In 2013, they co-founded Bridge Institute and served as a designer.

Jane Sassienie has a diverse education history. Jane obtained an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey from 1996 to 1998. Jane also earned a Diploma in Psychotherapy from CCPE between 2003 and 2006. Additionally, they received training in Dream Interpretation through supervision provided by Anthony Lunt from 1999 to 2019. While the dates are unclear, they also pursued a BA Hons in Fine Art and Art History at Camberwell School of Art and a second MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies at the University of Surrey.
