Rachel Gross has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Rachel started their career with HelmsBriscoe in 2002 as an Operations & Accounting Intern, and later became an Accounting Associate. Rachel then joined TSI-Talent Solutions, Inc in 2021 as an Assistant to the President. Following that, they joined Paradox in 2021 as a Client Success Manager. However, their most extensive experience was with HelmsBriscoe, where they held various positions from 2012 to 2021. Rachel started as an Accounting Supervisor & Hotel/Destination Partnership Coordinator, then became an Accounting Manager & Hotel Partnership Coordinator & HR Manager, and finally served as the Director of Accounting & Hotel and Destination Partnership Manager. In these roles, they managed accounting tasks, payroll, receivables, and payables. Rachel also handled partnership programs, renewals, and agreements with numerous hotel partners worldwide. Additionally, they were responsible for employee management, including hiring, annual reviews, and HR support. Rachel exhibited strong leadership skills by implementing new accounting software and managing and training department employees.

Rachel Gross attended Notre Dame Preparatory from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued a degree in Communication with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Studies at Arizona State University from 2006 to 2010. In addition, Rachel has obtained a certification in Great Plains Accounts Payables, from Microsoft Dynamics Gurus GP.
