Lynda Wallace

Lynda Wallace has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lynda worked as a Client Director and Member of the Board of Directors at Bridge Partnership, where they focused on solving business problems by addressing human issues. Prior to that, they were the Principal at Lynda Wallace Coaching and Consulting, where they provided executive coaching and organizational consulting services to a diverse range of companies. Lynda also developed a coach training and certification program at Wholebeing Institute.

Before their consulting career, they held multiple positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Vice President and Global Head of the Topical Health Care Business and Vice President of Business Development for the Medical Devices and Diagnostics Group of Companies. Their earlier roles at Johnson & Johnson involved operations management, marketing, and business development.

Lynda Wallace obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science at the University of Delaware from 1980 to 1984.
