Skott Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting with Java U Catering in 2008 as an Event Coordinator, Skott then worked as a Marketing Manager at True Run Media and as a Founder/Creative Director at NewSeed Theatre. Skott went on to become a Co-Founder and Consultant at B Corp Consulting Group, specializing in introducing and spreading the B Corporation movement. Skott also worked as a Branding & Web Consultant at Colour Code HK and as a Manager of Communications and Engagement at John Swire & Sons. Skott's work experience also includes roles at JUMP! Foundation as a Contract Program Manager/Facilitator, at NewSeed Creative Consulting as a Founder/Director, and at EVRYMAN HKG as a Co-Founder. Currently, Skott is the Global Head of Digital at Bridge Partnership.

Skott Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a specialization in Theatre and Development from Concordia University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, Skott obtained another BFA degree in Theatre - Acting from Vancouver Island University from 1998 to 2000. Skott's education journey began at Dover Bay Secondary School, where they obtained a High School Diploma from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, Skott has also obtained a certification titled "Being At My Best" from Bridge Partnership in 2020.
