Sophie Ireland

Sophie Ireland began their career in 1995 as an HR Manager at General Electric Co. Sophie then worked as an HR Manager at Seagram Wine and Spirits from 1998 to 2000. After that, they served as an HR Manager in Walkers Snack Foods from 2000 to 2003. Sophie joined PepsiCo UK & Ireland in 2003 as a Sales HR Director and later became the Commercial HR Director from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they worked briefly as the European Head of Talent at PepsiCo Europe before becoming the Director of Mirror HR Consultancy Ltd from 2009 to 2012. Sophie joined Bridge Partnership in 2012 and held various roles, including Consultant, Director of Next Generation HR Practice, Managing Director for Europe, Global Director of Bridge, and currently as the Managing Director of EMEA. During their time at Bridge, they played a leading role in strategic development, innovation, and transforming leadership and teams.

Sophie Ireland attended Peter Symonds College for an unknown period of time. Sophie later pursued a degree in MIPD (Master's in International Personnel and Development) from Thames Valley University. In 2021, Sophie obtained a certification in Leadership Circle Profile from The Leadership Circle.
