Tyler Kerr

Tyler Kerr is the current Vice President of Arizona at Bridge Property Management. Tyler has over 10 years of experience in the property management industry and has held various positions including Online Marketing Analyst, Property Manager, and Leasing Consultant. In their previous role as Property Manager for Elliot's Crossing Apartments, Tyler was responsible for scheduling all maintenance and leasing staff, budgeting and forecasting, analyzing market comps and pricing, resident retention, and customer service. Prior to their career in property management, Tyler was a Server Captain at Red Lobster where they took orders, prepared meals, managed orders, and stocked supplies. Tyler began their career as a Leasing Consultant with the Corcoran Management Company in 2006. Outside of their professional career, Tyler is also a Life Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.

Tyler Kerr's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Arizona State University. Tyler also has a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business/Communications from Arizona State University Alumni. Additionally, they have a degree in Operations Management from Merrimack College. Finally, they have a bachelors from Holliston High School.
