Tami Hedrick

Tami Hedrick serves as the Executive Vice President and Executive Director of External Engagement at MATTER®, leading national expansion initiatives and community engagement efforts. With a strong background in nonprofit leadership, Tami has previously held the position of National Development Director at MATTER, focusing on projects designed to enhance community well-being. Tami also holds a real estate license and has worked as a licensed real estate agent at Bridge Realty, after gaining recognition as an award-winning realtor at eXp Realty. Tami's extensive experience includes a significant tenure as Director of Vikings Women with the Minnesota Vikings, as well as roles in television hosting and coaching at various organizations. Tami holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota and completed the WISE Executive Leadership Institute at Dartmouth.
