Ashley Mun

Ashley Mun has worked in the recruiting and talent sourcing industry since 2016. Ashley started as a Head Hunter Specialist at Academic Work in 2016, where they were responsible for finding talented people that would be the best to work for their clients, researching to find specific qualities of each client, and negotiating fees and salaries between clients and individuals. In 2017, they moved to Office Angels as a Client Recruiter. In 2020, Ashley joined Bridge, Inc as a Talent Sourcing Expert | Sourcing-as-a-service. In this role, they are passionate about solving recruiting bottlenecks by providing a personalized approach to sourcing and contacting candidates based on the most nuanced requirements and a one-of-a-kind sourcing engine built specifically for engineer recruitment.

Ashley Mun attended Cranfield School of Management from 2012 to 2016 and obtained an MSc in Business Administration with Marketing.
