Emily Drouin has five years of work experience in the recruitment field. Emily began their career at Morson Talent in 2012 as a Human Resources Recruiter. In 2014, they moved to Adecco where they worked as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for identifying and hiring permanent and sub-contract employees for government and private organizations. In 2016, they joined REED as a Business Partner Talent Acquisition. In 2019, they moved to Robert Walters as a Technical Recruiting Advisor. Currently, Emily is working at Bridge, Inc as Talent Partnerships, where they are passionate about solving recruiting bottlenecks and helping employers win the hearts of candidates.
Emily Drouin attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration with a field of study in Business Administration with Marketing.
