Tyler Patterson

Tyler Patterson, MSEd, is a seasoned Recruiting and People Operations Consultant currently self-employed since October 2023 and also consulting for Warp since February 2024. Previously, Tyler served as Manager of Recruiting Operations at Airtable from July 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included hiring and managing a team of recruiting coordinators, implementing data-driven recruiting strategies, and enhancing the candidate experience. Tyler's background in education includes roles as a Special Education Teacher for Chicago Public Schools and as a Leadership for Educational Equity Policy & Advocacy Fellow. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Ethnic Studies from Lewis & Clark College and a Master of Science in Special Education from Dominican University.
