Rudy Alberts

Rudy Alberts has extensive work experience in asset management, operations, and property management.

From 2023 onwards, they hold the position of Vice President Property Management at Bridge33 Capital. Prior to this, Rudy worked at PREIT for a long period of time, starting in 1999. At PREIT, their roles included Senior Vice President Asset Management & Operations from March 2020 to January 2023, Vice President of Asset Management from February 2016 to February 2020, Director of Asset Management from April 2014 to January 2016, General Manager of Willow Grove Park from October 2007 to March 2014, General Manager of Orlando Fashion Square from January 2005 to December 2007, Assistant General Manager of Cherry Hill Mall from August 2003 to December 2004, and Assistant General Manager of Willow Grove Park from May 1999 to August 2003.

Rudy Alberts, CSM completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Rudy attended the university from 1997 to 2001.
