Phoebe Gregg

Phoebe Gregg, CPM, is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in the property management industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Management at Stream Realty Partners, L.P. since April 2014, Phoebe oversees the management of four office buildings in West Houston. Prior experience includes a role as Property Manager at CBRE, where Phoebe managed four medical office buildings on the Memorial Hermann SW Campus from April 2008 to April 2014, and as Assistant Property Manager at Colonial Properties Trust, where Phoebe managed 3 million square feet of Class A commercial high-rise office space from March 2005 to April 2008. Educational background includes studies at the University of St. Thomas (TX) and Houston Community College.
