Olivia Tischler

Director, People & Culture at Bridgeable

Olivia Tischler is the Manager of Special Projects at Bridgeable. Olivia has been with the company since May 2017, when they started as an Associate in Service Design. In this role, they worked on the vaccination strategy for the National Institute on Ageing. This involved developing and synthesizing a diary study with 7 older adults and leading a group interview with 3 older adults to uncover key insights into vaccine hesitancy. Olivia also facilitated synthesis, opportunity analysis, and prototyping with clients, resulting in 3 solutions to increase uptake.

In their current role, Olivia is responsible for leading special projects for the company. This has included conducting fieldwork for an expansion strategy for a European client into the North American indoor cannabis growing market, revealing pain points and service opportunities. Olivia has also designed, illustrated, and written for a magazine positioning Bridgeable as a thought leader in the transit space.

Olivia Tischler studied industrial and product design at Carleton University, where they earned a Bachelor of Industrial Design. Olivia also completed the International Baccalaureate Programme at Turner Fenton Secondary School.
