Walid Haddad

Walid Haddad is the Chief Clinical Officer at Rapid Medical. Walid has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, specializing in clinical research and medical affairs.

Walid started their career as a Scientist at Impulse Dynamics in 1997. Walid then became the Senior Director of Research at MetaCure (USA) Inc. in 2003. In 2008, they became the Medical Affairs Director at MetaCure Israel. Walid held this position for three years before moving to CardioGard in 2011, where they served as the COO until 2017.

Walid has been instrumental in the development of novel technologies intended to treat diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Walid is a passionate advocate for improving patient care and is dedicated to their work at Rapid Medical.

Walid Haddad has a Ph.D. in Physiology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an M.Sc. in Physiology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a B.Sc. in Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Walid Haddad reports to Ronen Eckhouse, CEO and co-founder. They are on a team with Gili Badihi - Director of Corporate Excellence, Emily Richardson - Global Director of Marketing, and Eitan Havis - VP of Sales and Marketing.
