Julien Roy

Julien Roy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and architecture. Julien started their career in 2000 at GROUPE TRIGONE INFORMATIQUE, where they worked as a Software Engineer, leading a team and developing multi-platform flux supervision software. Julien also worked on the development of a supervision solution and a RFID access control solution. In 2008, they joined RVR Systems as a Software Engineer.

In 2011, Julien joined ekino, where they held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Software Architect, and Senior Software Architect. Julien worked on different projects during their time at ekino, showcasing their expertise in software architecture.

In 2018, they joined Bridge and Bankin' as a Software Architect, contributing their skills and knowledge to these companies. Julien continues to excel in their role as a Software Architect, focusing on developing and implementing software solutions.

Julien Roy attended Lycée Louis Modeste-Leroy from 1997 to 2000 where they obtained a BTS Informatique Industrielle degree. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including "Reactive Architecture: Building Scalable Systems" from Lightbend, Inc. in April 2021, "Reactive Architecture: Reactive Microservices" from Lightbend, Inc. in January 2021, "Reactive Architecture: Introduction to Reactive Systems" from Lightbend, Inc. in December 2020, "Reactive Architecture: Domain Driven Design" from Lightbend, Inc. in January 2020, "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" from Coursera in December 2013, and "Certified ScrumMaster" from Scrum Alliance.
