Carly LaBombard is a skilled professional in customer experience and athlete development with expertise in fostering relationships within collegiate sports. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at BridgeAthletic since June 2024, Carly previously held roles at Game Plan as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, focusing on guiding athletes through their development journeys. At the United States Military Academy at West Point, Carly worked as an Athletic Academic Support Coordinator, advising Army Football and Women's Lacrosse cadet-athletes while teaching a course aimed at first-year student success. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director of Student-Athlete Development at Grand Canyon University and positions at Albany Medical Center, University of Tennessee, Catholic Central High School, and Top Form Inc. Carly holds a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sport Management from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University.
