Maryann Bartolo

Maryann Bartolo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and business partnership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director, People Business Partner at BridgeBio since May 2025, Maryann previously held the position of Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at Structure Therapeutics from December 2023 to May 2025, and Director, HR Business Partner at Pfizer for a brief period in early 2023. Prior to these roles, Maryann was the Director, HR Business Partner at Global Blood Therapeutics, which was acquired by Pfizer in October 2022. Additional experience includes significant positions at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. and Wind River, where Maryann progressed through multiple HR roles over nearly a decade. Maryann holds a B.S. in Business Management from San Francisco State University, earned between 2004 and 2006.
