Karen Lam is an experienced business development and sales professional with a strong background in event management within the tourism and hospitality industries. Since May 2015, Karen has held the position of Business Development Manager and previously as Sales & Events Executive at BridgeClimb Sydney, focusing on sourcing business opportunities and overseeing event logistics. Prior to this role, Karen served as Sales Manager, Sales Executive, and Sales Coordinator at Australian Cruise Group, handling client communications, pricing negotiations, and event management. Earlier experience includes roles at The Peninsula Hong Kong, specifically in customer service and event coordination. Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Sales and Marketing, as well as a diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
