Joseph Hong

Joseph Hong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and human resources. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at iHealth Labs since December 2023, Joseph previously held the role of Human Resources Associate Manager within the same organization. Prior to that, Joseph was the People Operations Manager at Lucence from February 2022 to December 2023 and at CSBio from July 2017 to February 2022, where notable achievements included enhancing recruitment practices and implementing employee performance strategies that significantly improved retention rates. Joseph's career began as the Regional Program Director at Coaching Corps, overseeing the recruitment of over 1,200 volunteer coaches to support youth development in underserved communities.
