Laura Tong is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and people management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Partner at BridgeClimb Sydney since August 2022, Laura has held various roles including Recruitment Coordinator at Scott Logic and Senior Recruiter at Concentrix. Previous experience includes positions at AHPRA as a Recruitment Advisor, HR Officer at Enerven, and Resourcing Specialist at BHP. Laura's HR background also encompasses roles at the Care Quality Commission and BT, and an earlier career at Northumbria Police and Newcastle College. Academically, Laura Tong holds a Master of Science in Forensic Investigation and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, along with a Level 3 Human Resource Practice certification from CIPD.
