John's prior experience includes roles such as Head of Retail, Head of Merchandise & Marketing, and Head of Franchise Operations at Trappers Outdoor, where comprehensive business leadership and strategy development were key responsibilities. Additionally, John Black contributed to the Edcon Sourcing Office and held various positions at Cape Union Mart Group, establishing a strong foundation in retail operations.
