Paul McIntosh

Paul McIntosh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul founded and served as CEO for Bridgehead Agency, a company specializing in international business transition. Paul later founded The Mustard Concept, which helped technology-oriented companies gain entry into the European market.

Paul also worked as the Sales Director for Greenwave Reality Inc, where they were responsible for the UK and Ireland markets. Paul founded Sales Growth Ltd, a sales and marketing consultancy firm, and served as Director.

Additionally, Paul held positions at XEL Solutions, BBC, Cisco, KiSS Technology A/S, and LEGO Media International, where they held various leadership roles focusing on business development, sales, and marketing.

Most recently, Paul served as the Managing Director for The Mustard Services, specializing in power harvesting, power management, and the repair of battery devices.

Paul McIntosh attended Gayton High from 1980 to 1984, but did not receive a degree or specialize in any field of study. After high school, from 1984 to 1985, they pursued Business Studies at Watford College and completed an A Level.
