Darren Smith

Darren Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Darren began their career in 1999 as an Instructor at NovaTech Computer Careers, where they developed and delivered curriculum for various technology courses and managed three campus area networks. In 2004, they joined OpenText as a Senior Technical Analyst, providing third level support for various software solutions and delivering trade show presentations. Darren remained with OpenText until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, Darren worked at Stantive Technologies Group Inc. as a Product Support Specialist. During this time, they gained expertise in product support and training. In 2019, Darren joined Bridgeline as a Product Support and Training Specialist, where they currently work.
