Shahid Mumtaz

Shahid Mumtaz is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Lead for the Master Data, Order Intake & Call-Ops team at BridgeLinx Technologies since September 2021. Responsibilities include the creation and management of client profiles, inputting client-specific data, contract rate updates, order generation, conducting data audits, and liaising with commercial and sales functions, while managing a team of five individuals. Prior to this role, Shahid worked at METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited from July 2013 to September 2021, initially as an Associate in the Goods Receiving Department and later as Assistant Manager Admin, handling responsibilities related to distribution and verification of operational reports. Shahid's career began at Nestle Pakistan as a Sub Centre Agent from March 2011 to April 2013. An educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Allama Iqbal Open University, completed in February 2018.
