Catherine Luff

Catherine Luff is the Director of People at Bridgend College, with extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Catherine has held various HR roles in different organizations, including the Wales Community Rehabilitation Company and Local Government. Catherine is also experienced in recruitment and talent management, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and training programs. Catherine holds degrees in Project Management, Leadership and Management, and Human Resources Management.
